- CIHR’s 7th annual Summer Institute was held from June 22nd to June 25th in Cornwall, Ontario, and
was deemed by all who attended a huge success.
This year’s theme was "Innovation in Knowledge Translation Research and Knowledge Translation".
The event brought together Canada's top graduate students, post doctoral fellows, scholars and
decision makers to provide a capacity building workshop with the aim of increasing understanding of
knowledge translation and knowledge translation research.

We are pleased to announce the 7th annual Summer Institute to be hosted by
the Clinical Epidemiology Program of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI).
The theme is "Innovation in Knowledge Translation Research and Knowledge Translation."
We invite applications from students in graduate training and post-doctoral fellows with
an interest in knowledge translation research and knowledge translation in health services and
policy or population and public health research communities.
The deadline for applications is April 23rd, 2008.
